Dry-Type Transformers
DADA
The 10–15kV epoxy resin dry-type distribution transformer is a dry-type distribution unit that uses epoxy resin as its cast insulating medium—requiring no insulating oil for cooling—and dissipates heat through two cooling methods, natural air (AN) and forced air (AF), transforming voltage through electromagnetic induction. A safe and environmentally friendly substation product, it is widely used in urban distribution networks and the power-supply systems of key buildings.
1.The core is made of premium high-permeability silicon steel with fully mitred joints and a multi-step process, delivering low no-load losses.
2.The core surface is treated with a self-leveling nano epoxy-resin coating, which is environmentally friendly and low in noise.
3.The low-voltage winding is wound from copper foil; the inter-layer insulation bears low stress, and once cured and formed, it achieves moisture resistance.
4.The high-voltage winding is a multi-section, multi-layer cylindrical structure, statically mixed and vacuum-cast with degassing in vacuum casting equipment, achieving low partial discharge and excellent electrical performance.
5.Premium fans, temperature controllers, and an enclosure are used to enable remote temperature measurement, fan start/stop, and power-off capabilities.
6.The product can adopt a dual-mode structural design, applying smart-transformer solutions and technologies such as big-data cloud diagnostics to meet the needs of diverse customer groups.
This product complies with GB/T 1094 Power Transformers, GB/T 10228-2023 Specification and Technical Requirements for Dry-Type Power Transformers, GB 20052-2024 Permissible Values of Energy Efficiency and Energy Efficiency Grades for Power Transformers, and IEC 60076 Power Transformers.
