Oil-Immersed Transformers
DADA
The 30kV–33kV–35kV oil-immersed distribution transformer is a three-phase distribution and substation unit that transforms voltage levels up and down on the principle of electromagnetic induction, uses mineral transformer oil as its insulating and cooling medium, and is designed for medium- and high-voltage transmission and distribution lines. Its primary function is to step down and distribute high-voltage power, making it the core substation asset in regional grids and large industrial-site power-supply systems.
Low losses, low noise, stable and reliable operation, low temperature rise, low partial discharge, and a 30-year design life.
1. Core: Built with advanced technology and equipment from both domestic and international suppliers, the core is assembled by fully automated robotic stacking with a fully mitred 45° seven-step lap-joint structure, effectively reducing the transformer's no-load losses, no-load current, and noise.
2. Windings: All windings are supported by high-quality insulating formers with inner and outer support strips. All support strips and spacers are chamfered for a uniform electric field and enhanced reliability. The windings are axially clamped with self-locking anti-loosening fasteners, enabling the product to withstand the jolts of long-distance transport without requiring core lifting—safeguarding its resilience to the vibration and shock of long-distance ocean transport.
3. Leakage Control: The transformer's oil-drain valve is a brass valve, and the sealing flanges use a grooved structure to minimize the risk of leakage and ensure sealing performance.
4. High Reliability: The transformer is fitted with an oil-temperature indicator; the top of the tank is equipped with a pressure-relief valve with contacts; the conservator oil-level marker uses an oil-level gauge with contacts; and the high- and low-voltage bushings are anti-pollution, reinforced porcelain oil-type bushings, suitable for heavily polluted environments.
This product complies with GB/T 1094 Power Transformers, GB/T 6451-2023 Specification and Technical Requirements for Oil-Immersed Power Transformers, GB 20052-2024 Permissible Values of Energy Efficiency and Energy Efficiency Grades for Power Transformers, and IEC 60076 Power Transformers.
