The modular intelligent prefabricated cabin substation for solar PV and wind power uses a standard steel-structure cabin as its carrier and, in accordance with grid-connection technical specifications for new-energy plants and power-industry standards, integrates and prefabricates electrical and auxiliary facilities—high-voltage switchgear, a step-up transformer, low-voltage combiner equipment, an integrated protection device, an intelligent monitoring system, a fire-protection system, a constant-temperature dehumidification system, and lighting and grounding systems—into a single outdoor substation facility in a standardized layout.

It is used primarily for power collection, step-up conversion, grid feed-in, and station-wide intelligent control at new-energy plants, serving as core substation support equipment for large new-energy power stations.

Product Description

This prefabricated cabin substation adopts a split modular design combined with an integrated-cabin configuration, available in multiple forms—a high-voltage prefabricated cabin, a low-voltage combiner prefabricated cabin, a secondary-equipment prefabricated cabin, and a combined all-in-one prefabricated cabin—with mainstream voltages spanning 10–35kV, suited to large-scale centralized grid connection of new energy. Each cabin is entirely industrially prefabricated and undergoes a full suite of factory electrical tests, dramatically shortening on-site field construction schedules, reducing field workload, and lowering on-site safety risks.

The modular intelligent prefabricated cabin substation for solar PV and wind power brings you a simpler, more flexible integrated service for substation construction—keeping project investment and construction cycles short, safe, and efficient.

Tailored to the actual on-site environmental needs of each project, it offers customized design, prefabricated modularity, and flexible, rapid assembly. All electrical equipment is manufactured, assembled, tested, and commissioned within the factory, with modular on-site assembly and integrated intelligent monitoring. According to customer requirements, it delivers an integrated suite of intelligent monitoring services, including back-end monitoring and a SCADA system, an intelligent substation monitoring system, video surveillance, fire-protection monitoring, and environmental monitoring.

Main Electrical Equipment and System Components:A range of 40.5kV-and-below medium-voltage switchgear, transformers, low-voltage switchgear and distribution cabinets, medium- and low-voltage variable-frequency cabinets, reactive-power compensation cabinets, filter cabinets, secondary relay-protection panels, back-end control panels, an on-site engineer station, an uninterruptible power supply (UPS), and a secondary DC panel.

This assembly complies with GB/T 17467-2020 High-Voltage/Low-Voltage Prefabricated Substations, DL/T 2824.1–3-2024 Technical Specifications for Prefabricated Cabin-Type Combined Substation Equipment, and IEC 62271-202:2022 High-Voltage/Low-Voltage Prefabricated Substations.
