Box-Type Substations
DADA
One-third to two-thirds of the substation's overall height is buried directly underground, effectively lowering its above-ground height so that it does not obstruct the sightlines of pedestrians or drivers, bringing the equipment into greater harmony with its surroundings. The underground section's shell uses a steel-structure framework, with a sealed bottom-compartment structure made of BFE high-strength cement short-glass-fiber composite. The electrical configuration is highly flexible: the high-voltage side can be ring-main or terminal type, and the low-voltage side fixed or panel type. The production cycle is short—the foundation requires only a leveling course, and once the cables are connected, the soil is backfilled directly, saving foundation materials and shortening the construction schedule.
Maintenance-free, seepage-proof, and leak-proof. Flexible, versatile cable conduits give it distinctive incoming and outgoing line arrangements. An excellent ventilation system, with unique ventilation ducts and structure, ensures the heat-dissipation requirements of the transformer and other components are met.
This assembly complies with GB/T 17467-2020 High-Voltage/Low-Voltage Prefabricated Substations, DL/T 2442-2021 Technical Specifications for Underground Transformers, T/CEC 171-2018 Technical Specifications for Fully Buried Prefabricated Substations, and IEC 62271-202:2022 High-Voltage/Low-Voltage Prefabricated Substations.
